Successor Agency to the former RDA

Effective February 1, 2012, all redevelopment agencies in the State of California were dissolved pursuant to AB 1X 26. Although the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Marina (Agency) has been dissolved, this website contains historical information about the Agency and will be used by the City of Marina as the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Marina to provide information related to the dissolution and winding down of the Agency. This website will be updated soon to provide additional information.

Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34169, the City Council and Agency Board adopted an Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule that lists all of the obligations that are enforceable under AB X1 26. View the document here.

Initial Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule

Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34177, the draft Initial Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (IROPS), which details the obligations of the Successor Agency, has been prepared and submitted to the Monterey County Auditor-Controller on or before March 1, 2012. View the document here.
