The scope of work for this project includes demolition/removal of existing concrete sidewalk, curb, gutter, striping, planter area, and asphalt concrete; and constructing curb ramps, bulb outs, median islands, traffic circles, pavement striping and markings, planting and irrigation and all related work specified in these Plans and Specifications. The scope of work shall be completed along Crescent Avenue from Reservation Road to Quebrada Del Mar Road. SEE ADDENDUM #1
The time limit for the completion of the work is 45 Working Days and liquidated damages will be $500.00 per working day. There are 5 rain days incorporated into the 45 working days allocated, beyond that extensions will be granted accordingly. All contractors submitting bids must have a valid contractor’s license valid as of the date of bid opening; for this project an A_ contractor’s license is required

| Copies of the Contract Documents are now on file and open to public inspection in the ENGINEERING DIVISION of the City of Marina, 209 CYPRESS AVENUE, MARINA, CALIFORNIA, (831) 884-1212, where they may be obtained for a non-refundable sum of $100.00 for each set of Specifications. An additional postage charge of $5.00 will be assessed for those who request the plans and specifications mailed to them. The bid package can also be obtained electronically by request.
