MCM 5 - Post-Construction Requirements

Post-construction storm water management requires reducing post-construction pollution by developing post construction guidelines and standards for storm water runoff from new development and redevelopment. These will address such pollutants as sediments, chemicals, oils and grease, metals, and nutrients, as well as erosion and flooding.

The following links provide details on the Best Management Practices (BMPs) that all development and redevelopment project applicants should review prior to plan submittal in order to incorporate necessary MCM’s into the project.
